We have confidence in our vendors; we stand behind our products and guarantee them to be free of defects in materials and workmanship beyond normal wear and tear.  Should you have a problem you may contact Douglas Gill or Henri-Lloyd directly (see contact info below) or you may contact TheYachtsman.Com and we will facilitate the process on your behalf with either vendor.


Douglas Gill & Henri-Lloyd Lifetime Guarantee

Douglas Gill & Henri-Lloyd guarantee their products against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Should you experience a problem with a piece of their gear, you may contact Douglas Gill or Henri-Lloyd to arrange the return of the product. If, after inspection, the product is found to be defective, except from fair wear and tear during the natural life of the garment, Douglas Gill or Henri-Lloyd will repair or replace it at their discretion, free of charge.
